This Privacy Policy explains how BuildPro Management, provided by Mike Construction ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information when you use the BuildPro Management Android application and related support services.
1. Information entered into the app
The app may allow users to enter project names, customer information, invoices, expenses, employee names, labor records, payroll details, payment records, company-profile information and other business data. This information is primarily stored on the user's device.
2. Photos, camera and files
With the user's permission, the app may access the camera, photo picker or file picker so the user can attach project photos and receipt images. The app accesses only the items the user chooses or captures. Project and receipt images may be stored locally on the device and included in backups created by the user.
3. Backups and cloud storage
Users may choose a local folder or a supported cloud-storage provider through Android's system document picker. Backups are created only when directed by the user. Cloud providers process files under their own privacy policies. We do not receive the user's Google Drive password.
4. Biometrics and PIN security
Fingerprint authentication is handled by Android's secure biometric system. The app does not receive or store fingerprint images or biometric templates. A user-created PIN may be stored locally for app access.
5. Google Play subscriptions
If a paid subscription is offered, purchases and billing are processed by Google Play. We may receive purchase status and transaction identifiers necessary to provide subscription access, but we do not receive the user's full payment-card details.
6. PayPal and Square links
The app may allow a business user to add PayPal or Square payment links to invoices. When a customer follows one of those links, the payment provider handles the transaction under its own terms and privacy policy.
7. Device and diagnostic information
The app may use basic device or app-version information needed for compatibility, security and troubleshooting. We do not sell personal information or use third-party advertising SDKs in the app.
8. Data sharing
We do not sell user information. Information may be shared only when the user intentionally exports, backs up, prints, emails or shares it; when needed to provide a requested service through Google Play or a selected provider; or when required by law.
9. Data retention and deletion
Users control most app data stored on their device. They may delete records within the app, remove app data through Android settings, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling may remove locally stored information, so users should make a backup first. Files saved to a chosen backup folder must be deleted separately by the user.
10. Children's privacy
BuildPro Management is a business productivity app and is not directed to children under 13.
11. Security
We use reasonable measures in the app design, including local storage controls and optional PIN or biometric access. No electronic storage method is completely secure, and users are responsible for protecting their devices, backups and account credentials.
12. Changes
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.
