These Terms govern use of the BuildPro Management Android application and related website. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Business productivity tool
BuildPro Management is intended to help users organize construction and business records. It is not legal, accounting, tax, engineering or financial advice. Users are responsible for reviewing all calculations, invoices, payroll records and reports before relying on them.
2. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the app, protecting your device and credentials, complying with employment and tax laws, and maintaining appropriate backups.
3. Subscriptions
Where offered, subscription purchases are processed through Google Play. Trial length, price, renewal period and cancellation information are shown during purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Google Play before the renewal date.
4. Third-party services
The app may link to Google Drive, PayPal, Square, printing, email or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
5. Availability
We work to keep the app useful and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the app is improved or as Android and third-party services change.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost data, lost profits or business interruption. Users should verify important records and maintain backups.
